Welcome to this weeks Just Add Ink Challenge - Just Add Embossing. Such a fun and easy challenge to play along with, chose from embossing folders, powder or paste, or you could easily incorporate all three items should you feel up to it.
My card today uses the gorgeous Stampin' Up! Lace Detail Textured Impressions Embossing Folder along with some Heat Embossed Sentiments. I wanted to add embossing paste too but only have one full pot left which I thought I better not open until my workshop on Sunday - just incase I don't close it properly like the last jar and have it dry up on me when I need it most. So just the basic Heat and Dry embossing for me today lol
I started my card with a Whisper White card base and then added some All My Love DSP which is one of my favourite paper packs from the Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalogue. The Whisper White card front has been embossed with the Lace Detail embossing folder - this folder is amazing, so much detail and the texture is crazy amazing.
I have added a die cut Doily made from Sahara Sand Card Stock. The Doily has been created with the largest die in the Doily Builder Thinlits available from Stampin' Up! until 3 June 2019. I love doily's on paper crafting projects and this set of thinlits is a must have if you like being able to add some pretty detailed die cuts in coordinating coloured card stock to your creations.
Both sentiments are from the Dear Doily Stamp Set which when purchased as a bundle (stamp set and coordinating die) you save 10% off the normal retail price. The large curvy font is just divine and I thought it needed to be embossed in gold, with the smaller sentence embossed in white powder on Sahara Sand card stock.
