Sincerely Santa Project Kit & Signs of Santa

Good Day Crafty Friends,

I have a quick post to share today. Its a Christmas Card with a little difference. The Wood Texture DSP completely changed the look I was initially going for but I liked so I ran with it.

The Red/White Candy Striped Gift Tag comes in the Sincerely Santa Project Kit, as does the Gold Foil banner, Gold Foil Stars, and Doily which has been coloured with a Stampin' Blend. 

The Wood Background has been adhered to a layer of Whisper White and then Real Red card stock before attaching to the Whisper White Card Base.

The sentiment from Blended Seasons has been white heat embossed onto Black card stock and fussy cut before adhering to the white circle die cut.

Mrs Claus is from the Signs of Santa stamp set (page 19 - Holiday Catalogue). She has been coloured using Stampin' Blends and fussy cut before adhering to the card front with mini dimensionals.

I absolutely adore the Mrs Claus and Santa images from this stamp set. I love that I could colour her dress in Pink as I definitely wanted a few Christmas Cards in my stash that had some pink. This makes me happy lol

As I write this post and look at the date it is scheduled for, I am instantly reminded what day it is tomorrow.......Its Onstage time!!!!!!! All over the world, thousands of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators are gathering to celebrate Stampin' Up! and their 30th year birthday anniversary. I am so envious, especially of those that are flying all the way for the big three day celebration in Orlando, Florida!!! OMG, imagine that, a 3 day convention jam packed with loads of loveliness and all those theme parks, not too mention, yummy food, all the other destinations that have been on my bucket list since I was a child.

Christmas Memories & More Card Pack - Santa's Workshop

Hello Hello Crafty Friends,

I hope you are having a fabulous day and perhaps have even managed to squeeze in a bit of crafting time :)  I was lucky enough to spend a few hours in my craft studio today after catching up on what seemed like a never ending pile of washing. 

I have a few more cards to share with you today that I made during a recent session using the Santa's Workshop Memories & More Card Pack. If you would like to see the first few cards from the batch you can do by clicking here. 

Card 3

The card also uses the cute Mrs Claus image from the Signs of Santa stamp set.  I have started this card with a DSP panel adhered to a Whisper White card base. The DSP is a polka dotted blushing bride sheet from the Tropical Chic 6"x 6"DSP Pack. 

One of the smaller sized cards from the Card Pack was used in the centre of the White card front. To this a panel of striped green card (chopped from the end of one of the larger M&M cards) was lined with Blushing Bride card before adhering to the card front. 

Mrs Claus has been stamped and coloured using Stampin' Blends, then adhered to a Blushing Bride detailed frame created using the Stitched Labels Framelits. To finish the card, a silver foil snowflake  and holly sticker have been added with Tombow and the sentiment sticker with mini dimensionals.

Card 4

Using two different Memories & More cards this creation also has Soft Sea Foam and Blushing Bride card stock. The panels have been lined with Blushing Bride before adhering to the Soft Sea Foam card front. From the Holly M&M card a circle die cut has been layered over the tree panel with Tombow. 

A piece of Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon has been layered in folds under the sentiment using Double sided adhesive. The smaller sentiments have been stamped in Real Red and Die cut using the Stitched Labels Framelits.  The larger sentiment has been fussy cut from one of the large Santa's Workshop Memories & More Cards. To finish the card I added a Bakers Twine bow and a Candy Cane Sticker.

Signs of Santa - 2018 Holiday Catalogue

Welcome to the new 2018 Holiday Catalogue. It is an absolute stunner!!! There is something for everyone in this catalogue. The kits are fantastic as always, making them fast and easy to construct and therefore get done and in the post! For those of you who love specialty papers you will not be disappointed with the Christmas collections.

Today I am sharing a few of my favourite products from the 2018 Holiday Catalogue and a card created with the cutest stamp set. Lets have a quick squizz over a few of the jaw dropping Christmas themed products -

Traditional items galore including this fabulous Christmas Traditions Punch Box Kit.

Pages 2 - 3 

Another cute corodinating punch bundle - Making Christmas Bright. Pages 6 -7. The cool thing about this bundle is there is another even sweeter stamp set that coordinates with the punch and has many images that can be used for other occasions.

 The Festive Farmhouse Suite Pages 12-13 has it all - Stamps, dies, coordinating specialty papers, twines and embellishments - how cute is that tin!

For something a little bit cute, the Santa's Workshop Suite Pages 18-21 has loads of uber cute goodies including stampable christmas sacks!!!

Such a fabulous concept is the Tags & Tidings Bundle - Page 24. This bundle  has a really cool background stamp or you can create loads of tags. No cutting required! The die cuts all 16 tags in one go!!

For todays card, I have used the Signs of Santa stamp set (Holiday Catalogue - Page 19 #147690.)

The exterior of the card has been kept clean and simple with a Whisper White card front stamped with the sentiment. The Santa image and seal were coloured, fussy cut and adhered with mini dimensionals.

The inside is where all the fun is at.....

Mrs Claus, the elves, carts, presents and sign post were all coloured with Stampin Blends and fussy cut. The sign post has has a white heat embossed sentiment 'from all of us'.

To be honest this card was a 'flop' that I was able to save lol. It was supposed to be a tunnel box card but somewhere along the cutting process, I made a boo boo and it was a failure.

I cut all the extra bits off and made frames of the layers, adhering them directly on top of each other with Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive.

Because the inside was not busy enough lol I added a few gold foil snowflakes, created using the Colourful Season Thinlits. I have left just enough room around the Merry Christmas sentiment for a written message.
