Just Add Ink #397 - Add H

Good Day Crafty Friends,

Happy Friday!! I don't know about you, but for me, it has been a long week, so I am totally looking forward to a relaxing weekend, crafting and maybe just a little bit of house cleaning.

Miss Teen had Uni Orientation this week, which meant it was the first time in a while, that I had the entire house to myself. I was able to accomplish a few long overdue chores like the weeding - gah! Organising the pantry (insert happy face) and groom the pooches.

I also managed to squeeze in some crafting time, which meant I was able to create a card for this weeks Just Add Ink Challenge.

This week we have a fun challenge - Just Add H. I choose to add Houses for my "H" element........little bird houses. Aren't they just the cutest!

The 6" x 6 " Thick Whisper White Card Base has a strip of Foil Frenzy DSP down the right hand side with a sliver of Black Card. The Whisper White Card Front has been embossed with the Woodland Embossing Folder.

The bird houses, birds and butterflies are from the Flying Home stamp set. The floral bunches at the bottom of the card are from the Lots of Happy Card Kit. The sentiment from Petal Palette and banner from Number of Years. Can you tell I like to mix and match my stamp sets lol

All images have been stamped in Black Momento ink, coloured using Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers, fussy cut and then adhered with mini dimensionals.

The Design Team have created some wonderful cards using the "H" theme, be sure to check them all out here. We would love for you to join us and play along with this weeks challenge. Just create a card using this weeks challenge theme and add your creation to the gallery here.

Thanks for stopping by today, until next time, stay crafty

  1. Love everything about this card. Haven't been tempted until now to get the Flying Home stamp set but you won me over for sure. I craft much the same way--multiple stamp sets for one card, although I would never consider my designs as inspired as yours. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
