Petal Palette & Amazing You Thinlits

Good Day Crafty Friends,

Hope you are having a fabulous day.

A quick post today to share two cards I created recently using two of my current favourite items from the Sale-a-bration and Occasions Catalogues. The Amazing You Thinlits are so versatile and I just adore the font used for the "amazing" die. These are also carrying through to next years Annual Catalogue so expect to see many more cards using these dies lol

I have a thing for Background Stamps and the Diagonal Stripe is currently one of my most heavily used. I adore Black and White stripes and using colour can change the effect quite dramatically.

The roses have been made using the Thinlits from the Cake Soiree Bundle. Some Shimmery White card has been water coloured using Powder Pink, Melon Mambo and Berry Burst. From this I have die cut the roses. The die cuts have then been adhered to Power Pink card and fussy cut down.

The Diagonal Stripe background stamp has been inked using Crumb Cake and lines the side of the card base. Before adhering the card front to the base I have adhered a thin strip of silver glitter card using Tombow.

The leaves have been die cut using the May Flowers Thinlits. Lemon Lime twist and Pear Pizzaz were smooshed onto some shimmery white card.
The splatters were made using the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set (now retired but never leaving my collection lol)
