Everyday Hero Peek-a-boo Card

I'm so excited to share another card with moving parts. This one is called a Peek-a-boo card and is really easy to make. I followed this tutorial provided by the talented Tanya DeRoy from Ink Responsibily https://youtu.be/DTDb6fZXwdM

I have asked Tanya for her permission to post her links to her tutorials, so please acknowledge her as your inspiration when making cards with her guidance. Thank You. These people take a lot of time and effort to make videos, not to mention it's totally daunting to me so a simple acknowledgement is the least we can do for their hard work.

I decided to use the Everyday Hero set as I thought the sentiments and images were perfect for this card. This is the front.....Is this Yours? A Cape on a coat hanger.

Oval layering Dies were used to make the frames and the little hearts on the inside are made using the Owl Punch. The card front features the heart strip die from the Love Bundle with smaller hearts die cut from the matching DSP. This was mounted on top of black card stock before adhering to card front with tombow.

This is the card mid-way through opening. You can see the panel shifting in front to change out the original image.

I have used Black and Whisper White Cardstock with DSP from the Cupcakes & Carousels Paper Stack.  I used an Aqua Painter and Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Pink Pirouette and Crumb Cake to colour the stamped image.  The sentiments used are from the Everyday Hero set except the congratulations which is from the Bookcase Builder Stamp Set.

Hope my card has inspired you to get crafty and perhaps try one of these amazingly cool cards.

Happy Crafting xx
